Your first hours

Do your story missions

Start with the main story quests and missions. Team up - do not be afraid to ask

for help, in the chat or from a staff member.

Two quests you should never finish

Some quests double as cheap fast travel, and finishing them removes that travel

option permanently - the mission never comes back in any form. In the

Aerial Strike side story, leave these two unfinished:

  • Under Splendid Wings - fast travel to Rock's Nest Top
  • Turning Point - fast travel to Bark City

Get to level 101

Reaching level 101 unlocks a drop bonus, which sharply increases your odds of

getting items you can build weapons from or sell for War Points. Treat it as your

first real milestone.

Good grinding maps:

  • Alioth at lower levels - farm the turrets for the best EXP per minute
  • Chaos and Sunshine Born also work well

Stack your EXP bonuses

  • Fly in formation. Every pilot on the same map in the same formation adds an

EXP bonus, up to 6 members.

in green, yellow, orange and red, each giving a different bonus, red being best.

  • Strategy Point victories trigger a 30-minute happy hour with bonus EXP and

Goldie spawns. Plan your grinding around them.

  • Daily grind quests, scaled to your level, hand out fix cards, enchant cards,

SPI and DGA packages containing EXP, drop and SPI charms.

Run an M-Gear on a second account

If you main a B, I or A-Gear, build an M-Gear on a second account and use it as a

buff bot for damage, defense and evasion. **Two accounts may be logged in at the

same time - that is the maximum allowed**, not a soft guideline.

See Buffs for what an M-Gear actually gives you.

Track the bosses

Everything in the game is droppable, and a lot of end-game gear comes off bosses.

Each boss has a fixed respawn timer after it dies, so tracking them is a race

against the other players.

Use the Pedia

Before spending anything, check what you actually need: what to craft, from what,

which mob drops it and at what odds. It is all in the Pedia.

Do not waste resources. Keep your WP and SPI and be sure of what you are buying -

ask for advice first.
