Terms & Refund Policy

These terms govern purchases and donations made on the Old School Rivals website (the "Service"). By buying Credits or donating you accept the terms below. Old School Rivals is a community-run, free-to-play private server and is not affiliated with the original rights holders of the base game.

1What you are buying

"Credits" (added as CashPoint) and donation rewards such as wings, titles and name colours are virtual in-game content. They exist only inside Old School Rivals and:

• have no real-world monetary value and are not money, credit, or a financial instrument;
• cannot be redeemed, exchanged or cashed out for real currency;
• are tied to your account and are non-transferable between accounts unless the game explicitly allows it;
• grant a personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use them within the Service — you are buying access to virtual content, not an asset you own.

2Price & payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable tax. Payments are processed by our providers Stripe and PayPal. Your card or banking details are entered on the provider's secure page and never pass through or get stored on our servers — we only receive a confirmation and a transaction reference.

3Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed by the provider, the corresponding Credits (including any active bonus) or donation rewards are added to your account automatically, usually within a few seconds. Any bonus percentage is the one active at the moment of purchase.

If your payment succeeded but you have not received your items, do not pay again — contact us (section 8) with your order ID and we will deliver or refund.

4Right of withdrawal & refunds

These items are digital content supplied immediately. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m), and equivalent national law).

We will, however, refund or re-deliver in these cases:

• you were charged but the items were never delivered;
• you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge);
• a proven technical error on our side caused an incorrect charge or delivery.

In those cases, contact us within 30 days of the purchase with your order ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5Chargebacks & disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we keep full payment and delivery logs and resolve genuine issues quickly. Opening a bank chargeback or provider dispute instead of contacting us, on items that were correctly delivered, may lead to your account being suspended until the matter is resolved, and the disputed items being removed.

6Account, fair use & reversals

• You are responsible for the security of your account and any purchases made through it.
• We may remove or reverse Credits and rewards obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, payment reversal, exploits, or a delivery error.
• If an account is banned for cheating, fraud or breaking the server rules, unused Credits and rewards are not refunded.

7Service changes & availability

Old School Rivals is a community-run service. Prices, packs, bonuses and in-game features may change or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Virtual Credits and items have no cash value and, should the Service permanently close, we are not obliged to provide monetary compensation for unused virtual currency.
