Server rules

Play fair, be respectful. These rules apply in-game, on Discord and on the forum. Breaking one can cost you anything from a warning to a permanent ban — the staff decides.

Fun, fair play and respect come first.

1Accounts & multi-clienting

• One player, one nation. Holding accounts on both nations can get your main account banned too.
• Own as many accounts as you like, but never more than two logged in at the same time.
• You must not be a staff member on any other private or Ace-based game server.
• Your account is your responsibility. Sharing it is at your own risk — the owner answers for everything done on it.
• Staff may access an account only when a verification genuinely requires it.

2Fair play & anti-cheat

• No hacks, bots, auto-clickers, macros, scripts, or any tool that cheats or tampers with client↔server data. Every affected account is permanently banned.
• Do not link or advertise any such program.
• Never exploit a bug for profit. Found one? Report it to staff as soon as possible — abusing it is punished hard.

3Nation integrity

• No enemy support: "spy-gear" play, or feeding the other nation through outposts, motherships or strategic points, gets all your accounts banned.
• No crossfeeding — don't hand kill-marks to friends on the other nation for profit.
• No meatshielding — don't park yourself on an SP / MS / OP to shield it.

4Trading, scams & real money

• Selling or trading accounts, items or anything in-game for real money is strictly forbidden — permanent ban for everyone involved.
• Stealing or scamming a player (account, items, currency…), or attempting to, means a permanent ban with no warning.
• No racketeering — demanding SPI or items in exchange for map access or "protection".

5Conduct & chat

• No insults or flaming, in public or private chat.
• No offensive or vulgar names — nicknames, brigade and formation names, mentions, or any text visible to other players.
• Follow the instructions of authorized staff in-game, on Discord and on the forum (staff carry a special rank on all three).
• Toxic behaviour leads to sanctions and possible removal from all our platforms.
• Spreading false rumors to smear the team or the server without real proof is severely punished.

6Staff, support & suggestions

• Never ask a staff member to give you items, levels or XP.
• Got an in-game problem? Open a support ticket on our Discord and wait for a staff reply. Please don't DM staff members directly with the same issue.
• Suggestions go in #suggestions; selected ones move to #surveys for a community vote. The final call is staff's.
• Our one and only official Discord is our community server.

7Donations, liability & privacy

• The server is free to play. Donations and purchases are final; refunds follow our Terms & Refund Policy and are granted only in the cases listed there.
• Old School Rivals is not liable for time spent or money donated while playing.
• The service can crash, change or shut down at any time without notice.
• How much and how you play is your own responsibility.
• Admins may review support chats and private messages for moderation purposes — see our Privacy policy.

8Punishments & acceptance

• The type and length of any punishment are decided by staff; only the staff member who issued a sanction can shorten or lift it.
• Rules can change without notice — check back regularly. Not knowing a rule is not an excuse.
• By creating an account and playing, you accept all the rules above.
